Duties:  We have great opportunities with growth potential in Patterson, CA. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing the onsite account team and overseeing all staffing and employee operations. Senior Account Managers must remain focused on the strategic leadership of the account while at the same time supervise day-to-day activities. Responsibilities include monitoring production and quality, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching employees, meeting performance objectives and more. Our exciting, fast-paced environment is a good fit for candidates with excellent multi-tasking skills. In this position, most of your time would be spent interacting with the client and employees, so exceptional communication and customer service skills are a must. The typical hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 5:30pm with some weekends and off shifts based on site needs. You must be able to work outside of these hours when necessary. What you'll do: • Provide immediate front line customer service to management team, associate and clients. • Manage weekly schedules for all employees. • Participates in our client’s meetings. • Make associate hiring and firing decisions. • Handle order requests and changes from client contacts. • Handle associate relations activities, communications, and investigations. • Handle safety inspections. • Work on special projects and performance incentive programs to help meet operational goals. • Maintain time clock database up-to-date in order to process payroll. • Assist with reports by using MS Office applications. • Assist Senior Manager with recruiting activities. • This is a hands-on leadership position willing to be on the floor training associates

Duties:  A scribe is a physician collaborator who fulfills the primary secretarial and non-clinical functions of the busy physician or mid-level provider. Scribes specialize in medical data entry into a paper or electronic medical record system and in instituting efficient workflow process, thus increasing the medical provider’s capacity to provide direct patient care like seeing the next waiting patient, performing medical procedures and communicating with nursing staff. The Scribe actively monitors the duration of medical testing results such as blood and urine tests, x-ray, and CT reports in order to prevent unnecessary delays and expedite patient dispositioning.
Qualifications:  Must have a minimum of a high school diploma. A college degree, or current enrollment in a degree program is preferred. Computer and typing skills are preferred Experience with medical terminology is preferred. A constitution to work under the rigors of delivering medical care. Qualifications:  • High School diploma required. • Previous manufacturing experience a plus. • Ability to perform repetitive tasks thoroughly and efficiently without error. • Basic Computer literacy (for data entry and lot status updates). • Safety and quality conscious. • Prior experience with mild chemicals (Isopropyl alcohol, fluxes, oil, etc.). • Experience/knowledge of electronic components (semiconductor packages) and acronyms a plus. • ESD certified a plus. • Experience or knowledge of PCB or component soldering a plus. • Able to use a microscope for up to 8 hours per day. • Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs., and stand/lift/push throughout the day.
